During the screen print induction where we were supposed to produce our final prints, I encountered a bit of a roadblock as I hadn't created dark enough positives and so my prints didn't come through. To render this problem I decided to scan in my positives and darken them. This ensured that on the second print I managed to get successful results. I am happy with the resulting prints I got and really liked the way having a limited colour palette guided our resulting work.

Frame & Depth Study Task
For this task we were restricted to using only two colours of ink to produce a piece of artwork that we'd be happy to display on our walls. I really enjoyed tackling this task as it allowed me quite a bit of freedom in the work I was creating. Creating something purely for my own satisfaction was fun and helped me to think a little more about what things I like when it comes to illustrations.
